How do we ship the Flowers, Gifts, Balloons and Events Accessories to our customers?
Once the customer placed the order, immediately he will receive the Email order confirmation with the invoice “PDF”. (that details will be sent to the Email which mentioned in the billing details section “sender Details”).
www.veneraflowers.com has options in the product page which is allow to our customers to select the DATE, TIME and LOCATION for delivery details directly then click buy now or add to cart and we will be ready to deliver the order upon that.
- we deliver the Products / services by our own delivery vans, sometimes we are using local courier company.
- We deliver our services and products to all Emirates in United Arab Emirates, as of now we don’t deliver any products and services outside of UAE.
- You can buy our products from anywhere over the world and pay online by Credit, Dept cards, this option for people who is outside UAE but they want to send product to someone in UAE.

- If you have multiple orders for same location the Delivery charges will applicable for one-time charges delivery fees. Unless you have multiple orders for different locations the delivery charges it will be applicable for each order based on location.
- For any order less than 350 AED, the delivery fee will be added according to the following prices schedule.

We accept returns within three hours of delivery time, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another or refund the payment.
Please note that: Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
Our customers they have rights to refund the products based on the following:
- The wrong product was sent by the www.VeneraFlowers.com.
- The product is defective.
- The product was damaged in shipping.

Our customers responsibilities to refund the products based on the following:

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours if their order has been made for the next day delivery, if the order in same day delivery they can cancel the order before 3 hours from the purchased time. refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
In case that the recipient refuses to receive the gift, which has been sent by the sender. The gift cannot be returned to Venera Flowers regardless of the value, and the sender has no right to return the gift or request refund or change the gift. But the sender still can change the address In UAE only, and send the gift to another recipient or to the sender him/her self, with extra delivery fee again, this is allowed only on the first day directly. not after one or two or more days, Otherwise, the gift will be destroyed and Venera Flowers will not be held responsible for this action, whether with or without consent of the sender, even if the gift also contains items from outside the Venera Flowers, such as perfumes, clothes, watches, or any other items.
The recipient could not be reached:
If I cannot reach the recipient. Regardless of the reason. Doesn’t answer the phone. Not available at the address previously provided by the sender. Or in any case hinder access to the recipient. The gift cannot be returned to Venera Flowers regardless of the value, and the sender has no right to return the gift or request refund or change the gift.
